  Return Policy:

  At Speed Cosplay, our company is committed to the importance of 100% customer satisfaction, and your satisfaction is our commitment. We will always try our best to be attentive to our valued customers.

  If you are in the unfortunate event that any item you purchased is defective or damaged, the customer can return the product. To be eligible to get an exchange, the product must be delivered back to our warehouse within a saleable and pristine condition. The product must be returned in the original packaging and returned with all accessories and gifts within seven days of the item's delivery.

  These categories are not returnable/refund:

  1. Used,washedand in the same packaging and condition as the item you received.
  2. we do NOT accept return/refundfor custom-sized tailor-made costumes and shoes boots.
  3. Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items
  4. Products destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
  5. If the product is modified, damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  6. Items that are not labelled or have no accessories.
  7. Promotional sale gifts and clearance products.
  8. Delivered the same product as ordered.

  Important Notes:

  1. If you have received an item damaged or is incorrect, we can ask you to upload pictures or a video using the order numberand send to us via support@speedcosplay.com
  2. If you have received damaged goods, you must notify the delivery business within three days after receiving the item.
  3. Make sure that all items returned are packed safely to avoid loss or damage in transportation.

  Refund Policy:

  After your return is accepted and examined, we will send you an email to inform you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you about the acceptance or denial, or denial of the refund.

  If it's approved, the payment will process then the refund will be transferred to your credit card or your paypal account within 3 business days. The  credit card within a specified number of days, based on the card issuer's policy.

  Incomplete or Late refunds (if appropriate):

  1. If you've not received your refund in the past, you should first verify your account once more.
  2. If you contact the credit card company of your choice, it could be a few days until your refund is sent.There's usually some time for processing before the refund is processed.
