If you are in the unfortunate event that any item you purchased is defective or damaged, the customer can return the product. To be eligible to get an exchange, the product must be delivered back to our warehouse within a saleable and pristine condition. The product must be returned in the original packaging and returned with all accessories and gifts within seven days of the item's delivery.
